About

We are grateful for the opportunity to praise and worship God and to show the love of Jesus through service to others.  We strive to show the love of Jesus through various forms of service to our community, including active participation in fundraising for G.R.A.C.E. (Greater Richland County Cancer Elimination) and in preparing and serving an annual community Thanksgiving meal.  Our pastor is a member of the RCMA (Richland County Ministerial Association) which includes St. John's participation in community worship, the local food pantry and the homeless shelter.  We also have a vibrant quilting group that makes dozens and dozens of quilts for people in need, a knitting group, and we regularly participate in gathering items for Lutheran World Relief.  Come and see how God is at work through us here.
