Thanksgiving Community Meal

Volunteering to help:

We will be purchasing all the food for the Thanksgiving meal again this year. If you would like to donate towards the cost of the meal please designate your donations for the Thanksgiving dinner (you can do so on the website - "GIVE" button above).  It would not be possible for us to serve 500 delivery and carry out meals for the Community Thanksgiving meal without the help of all our volunteers. We are in need of help for the following:

Wednesday, 11-22-23: 

Kitchen Prep from 4-8

Thursday, 11-23-23: 

Kitchen Prep- Shift 6am-10am, 10am-2pm

Servers/Line workers- Shift 10am-11:30am, 11:30am-1:00pm

Meal Packers- Shift 10am-11:30am, 11:30am-1:00pm

Delivery drivers- arrive at 10:30

Carry out and Delivery on Thanksgiving Day:

WE MUST HAVE YOUR ORDER BY WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, BY NOON

Carry out dinners will be available from 11:30 to 12:30 pm at St. John’s Lutheran Church (479 S. Park St., Richland Center).  Please call to reserve your meal.

 OR

 We will Deliver a Meal to you (within a 2 mile radius of Richland Center)  !!!  11:00 am to 12:30 pm

Call:  St. John’s Lutheran Church at 608-647-3000 to place your order.   Leave your name, PHONE NUMBER, delivery or pickup, and how many dinners you want.  Someone will contact you regarding your address.
